I Used My Phone All Day: The Shocking Truth About Addiction, Focus & Brain Damage

 I know the title is a bit intuitive, but yes, I have tried this wonderful experience.

The story started when I saw the phone addiction people have and all the nonsense content they are consuming, and how it is even affecting their brains and daily lives. 

I started an experiment on myself. Instead of doing research, I went to it, and you will be shocked to know what I learned during this whole process. Before I start, I should tell you what the stuff I plan to get from this experiment is.

1) How is the brain craving for the phone while using it the whole day without doing any research, and everything is based on the feeling?

2) What happened to our brains and eyes while using them the whole day long?

3) Does this remove the craving for food?

Now the experiment begins.s

After just woke up i pull the phone which is kept besides my pillow on bed(this is intensionally placed there are reserach show that besides pillow electronic devices damage your brain i am going extreme for this one) After opoening the lock first things i have started was x and started to consume all the policatcal nonsense and see the debates and pov views and replying on the tweets this goes for one hour at the bed,now went to washroom with mobile their i watch the reel random reels , the point to note here i can 't even tell you what i have watched (speading 2 hour in consuming content and not able to explain what you see or learnt ) that 's  a bit disgusting about that reels, it is said that i should not use phone on moring which i did , now my eye started to have a watery so i went for a facwash then after that i got bored yes literraly i got bored from reel then i started to watch x suggestion videos and belive me they are getting to initlay they are boring but now getting good, by doing this its been already noon so (generally i do breakfast but i forgeted to do it busy working hard on the experminet) now after this its time to lunch , now the effect of that addication i am seeing when i first took a bite my brain started to crave somethigns not food or alochopl but somethigns to watch it is feeling like the eye is asking to watch somethigns , i am feeling like i have to get that information then afterwards that food will go to stomatch so i started youtube and while earing i watch mulitple hearted political views and conversation till now my brain got tired to response to anythings ,

Focusing Time

After getting full on it at 3, I started to focus on a topic of English history of eupore see on the morning I was watching indian politics, now watching the history of English, how disturbing it is. 
 I tried to focus on my studies, and believe me, i cant able to focus. My brain is craving like hell for that small device, and when I was able to focus, waves of sleep started to come. Now, only 2 options left for me: either use the mobile or sleep,  as you know, I chose the mobile
Now, after watching YouTube and Facebook shorts and reel i explored many aspects of life. I see people travelling, which makes me depressed (ironic people on social media work hard to make us feel that way). I started to watch haunted stuff killing muderosu crime now my brain started to give up, and my eye well it's already gone and my brain on the left upper side I started to feel the veins there, how they are pumping, and now I realised it's the worst kind of drug this will give you happiness(fake ) But when you come out of this it is the worst feeling ink in this way you have spent 3 hours watching something you can't even explain.

Now, let's end the story and get to the answers
